The tools include due date calculators, vaccination schedule trackers, baby growth charts, BMI calculators, feeding trackers, and similar utilities. All calculations and tracking happen in your browser.
Our content is based on guidance from American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), plus international medical literature where appropriate. We update the information regularly as guidelines change.
What our tools are not
Our tools are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They cannot:

- Replace your American pediatrician, GP, or other qualified healthcare provider
- Account for your specific medical history, family history, or unique circumstances

When to seek immediate medical help
Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department if your baby:
- Is under 3 months old and has a fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher
- Has difficulty breathing, blue lips, or struggles to breathe
- Is unresponsive or extremely difficult to wake
- Has a seizure or convulsion
- Has a stiff neck with a rash that does not fade when pressed
- Is showing signs of severe dehydration (no wet nappies for 6+ hours, sunken soft spot, no tears when crying)
- Has had a head injury with vomiting, drowsiness, or loss of consciousness

BMI Calculator
BMI is a screening tool, not a diagnostic one. Pregnancy BMI calculations follow American clinical guidelines. Your healthcare provider considers many factors beyond BMI. Do not change diet or exercise based on BMI alone without medical guidance.
Fever Guide
Our fever guidance is based on AAP recommendations. Every baby is different. The guide explains general principles. Apply with judgment. Trust your instincts. If something feels seriously wrong, get medical help.
Medication Dose Information
When we mention medication dosing (paracetamol/Tylenol/Crocin, ibuprofen/Motrin/Brufen), this is general information based on standard guidelines. Always confirm doses with your pharmacist or pediatrician for your specific child. Use the syringe that came with the medication. Never use household teaspoons for accurate dosing.
Growth Tracker
Growth percentiles are based on WHO and AAP reference standards. Variation within normal range is wide. Premature babies use corrected age until 24 months. A baby tracking on their own percentile curve is generally fine. Sudden percentile drops or rises warrant medical evaluation.
Privacy of your medical inputs
When you enter information about your pregnancy or baby into our calculators (due dates, weights, temperatures, symptoms), this data stays in your browser. It is not transmitted to our servers. It is not shared with anyone. It exists only on your device. This is by design.
Cultural and family advice
Many parents, especially in extended family settings, receive advice from relatives that contradicts medical recommendations. Our tools provide evidence-based information. Cultural traditions and family wisdom often add value but should not override clinical guidance for serious health matters. When in doubt, the doctor said it is the simplest line.
